肺炎型肺癌常易误诊。我们自1989年以来,肺炎型肺癌18例中12例误诊。本文分析其误诊原因和教训。12例中,男10例,女2例。年龄32～79岁。腺癌
Pneumonia-like lung cancer is often misdiagnosed. Since 1989, 12 cases of pneumonia-type lung cancer have been misdiagnosed in 12 cases. This article analyzes the causes and lessons of misdiagnosis. In 12 cases, there were 10 males and 2 females. Age 32 to 79 years old. Adenocarcinoma
