学校文化建设是学校发展到一定阶段后必须关注的一个非常重要的领域,它深刻地影响着学校的许多方面,尤其是教与学乃至学校的整体变革。而在学校文化建设的过程中,故事形式是一个极其重要的载体,它承载着学校的文化,演绎着学校的文化。以上海市徐汇区上海小学近两年的学校文化建设活动为案例,通过5个方面的叙事,即寻根溯源,故事校史,给予学校文化之源;提炼核心,故事愿景,共塑学校文化之魂;重构规范,故事教师,构建学校文化之骼;典礼仪式,故事课程,丰富学校文化之体;优化环境,故事校园,描绘学校文化之形,详实还原了以故事为载体,开展学校文化建设的过程。
The construction of school culture is a very important area that must be paid attention to after the school develops to a certain stage. It profoundly affects many aspects of the school, especially the overall changes in teaching and learning and even in schools.
