教师培训是提高教师素质,促进教师专业化发展的重要途径,也是国家赋予教师的权利和必须履行的义务。但是在当前教师培训过程中,由于主客观因素的失误,出现了教师培训宗旨和政策措施、培训方式与教师需求、“福利”培训与全员培训、培训内容与教师发展的冲突以及校本培训和网络培训的短板。为提高教师培训的实效性,需要完善教育立法,推进教师培训法制化;立足教师需求,科学规划培训内容;抓住关键问题,革新教师培训方式,并创新教师培训的保障措施。
Teacher training is an important way to improve the quality of teachers and to promote the professional development of teachers.
