云蒙湖坐落在沂蒙山区腹地的蒙阴县境内,是大型的人工湖,属于山东第二大水库。云蒙湖始建于1959年,占地10万多亩,正常蓄水5亿多立方米,最高可达8亿立方米,正常水面7万多亩。蒙阴县95％的大小河流的水最后在这里汇集。虽然此湖地处蒙阴最下游,但历届县委、县政府非常重视保护环境,治理污染,使这里的湖水清澈透明。临沂市的自来水就是从这里引去的。
Yunmeng Lake is located in the hinterland of Yimeng Mountain Mengyin County, is a large artificial lake, belonging to Shandong’s second largest reservoir. Yunmeng Lake was founded in 1959, covers an area of 100,000 mu, the normal water storage 500 million cubic meters, up to 800 million cubic meters, the normal surface of more than 70,000 acres. Mengyin County, 95% of the size of the river water finally gathered here. Although this lake is located in the most downstream of Mengyin, successive county committees and county governments attached great importance to environmental protection and pollution control, making the lake clear and transparent. Linyi City is the tap water from here.
