目的分析实时超声弹性成像对乳腺结核的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析医院收治的33例乳腺结核患者的临床资料,均采用常规彩色多普勒超声检查及实时超声弹性成像检查,分析包块的性质、大小、边界、内部回声、钙化及包块内血流情况,并采用5分法对病灶进行评分。结果 33例乳腺结核中,溃疡瘘管型14例、实质包块型12例、混合型5例、脓肿型2例,以实质包块型最易误诊;87.88%(29/33)的乳腺结核超声弹性成像评分在1~2分,12.12%(4/33)的乳腺结核超声弹性成像评分在3~4分。结论乳腺结核超声表现多种多样,无明显特异性,利用超声能够对病灶准确定位,结合实时超声弹性成像表现为病灶硬度较小、评分较低,有助于诊断。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of real-time ultrasound elastography in diagnosis of breast tuberculosis. Methods The clinical data of 33 patients with breast tuberculosis admitted to the hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The color, size, boundary, internal echo, calcification and mass within the mass were analyzed by routine color Doppler ultrasonography and real-time elastography. Blood flow, and the use of five points on the lesion score. Results In 33 cases of breast tuberculosis, fistula of ulcer was found in 14 cases, in 12 cases of massive mass, in 5 cases of mixed type and in 2 cases of abscess. The mass was most easily misdiagnosed as 87 cases (87.88%), Elastography scored 1 to 2 points, 12.12% (4/33) of the breast tuberculosis ultrasound elastography score of 3 to 4 points. Conclusion Ultrasonography of breast tuberculosis is various and has no obvious specificity. Ultrasound can accurately locate the lesion. Combined with real-time ultrasound elastography, the lesion hardness is lower and the score is lower, which is helpful for the diagnosis.
