肾外肾盏(extrarenal calyces)是肾盂肾盏罕见的先天畸形之一,表现为肾盂及大盏均在肾实质之外,仅由小盏与肾相连。浓沼氏(1)复习世界文献,自1925年Eisendrath总结报告四例以来至1978年仅见22例。国内尚未见报道。现将我院所见二例报告如下: 例1.男,52岁,教师,住院号15420患者因双侧腰痛伴间歇性血尿三年余,于1977年4月19日入院。1974年3月无特殊诱因而发生全程肉眼血尿,淡红色,无血块,伴腰部轻度钝痛及尿频,经抗感染治疗而愈。1975年起出现双腰持续性疼痛伴镜下血尿。在外院 Extrarenal calyces (extrarenal calyces) is one of the rare congenital deformities of the pyelonephrosis, the performance of the renal pelvis and dwarf are outside the renal parenchyma, only the small light with the kidney. In March 1974 there was no special incentive to occur with gross hematuria, light red, no blood clots, with mild lumbar dullness and frequent urination, cured by anti-infection. Since 1975, persistent lower back pain with microscopic hematuria. In the outer court
