定向爆破是一种多快好省的筑坝方法,设计中正确确定炸药用量及合理选择爆破参数,对定向爆破效果及安全、经济都有很大影响.本文分析了现有由水平平直边界面向上抛掷爆破条件得出的经验和理论公式,认为与—般定向爆破在斜坡地面上进行的情况不同,往往给出偏大的药量,且使爆破达不到预期效果.文中根据功能平衡理论,提出了新的药量计算理论公式(式18),适于斜坡定向抛掷爆破筑坝的具体情况.此外,还提出用现场小型爆破试验决定装药量的方法.并对 k,n 值的合理选择方法进行了讨论.
Directional blasting is a multi-rapid dam construction method. The correct determination of the amount of explosives used in the design and the reasonable selection of blasting parameters have a great impact on the directional blasting results and safety and economy. This paper analyzes the existing horizontal straight edges. The experience and theoretical formulas obtained by throwing the blasting conditions upwards in the interface are different from the situation in which the directional blasting is carried out on the slope ground, often giving a large dose, and making the blasting less than expected. The text is based on functional balance. Theoretically, a new theoretical formula for calculation of drug dose (Equation 18) is proposed, which is applicable to the specific case of slope-directed blasting for dam construction. In addition, a method for determining the charge amount by using field small-scale blasting test is proposed. The value of k,n is also proposed. The rational selection method was discussed.
