晚期卵巢癌治疗困难,预后极差,我院以体腔化疗+手术+全身化疗作为程序联合治疗收到较好效果,报道如下:1986～1990年,共收治7例Ⅳ期卵巢上皮癌,年龄49～57岁,病史3～8个月,平均5.6个月。皆为重度腹水、胸水、肿瘤巨大、固定、难以切除者。腹腔化疗药物为5-Fu1000mg、CTX400mg、ADM400mg。每次用药时先抽出腹水1000～1500ml。注入一种药物。每周2次,每次以1种药物交替应用,同时给予营养支持疗法。经过10～16次治疗,病人胸水消失,腹水明显减少,肿瘤缩小再行手术切除或肿瘤减量术,术后2～3周开始全身化疗,4～6周出院,5例基本达
The treatment of advanced ovarian cancer is difficult, and the prognosis is very poor. The combination therapy of body cavity chemotherapy + surgery + systemic chemotherapy in our hospital received good results. The following reports were reported: From 1986 to 1990, 7 cases of stage IV ovarian epithelial cancer were treated, aged 49 ~ 57 years old, history of 3 to 8 months, an average of 5.6 months. All of them were severe ascites, pleural effusions, huge tumors, fixed and difficult to remove. The intraperitoneal chemotherapy drugs were 5-Fu1000mg, CTX400mg, ADM400mg. For each dose, aspirates 1,000 to 1500 ml. Inject a drug. Two times per week, alternating with one drug at a time, nutritional support therapy was given at the same time. After 10 to 16 treatments, the patient’s pleural effusion disappeared, ascites decreased, and the tumor was reduced. Surgical resection or tumor reduction was performed. Systemic chemotherapy was started 2 to 3 weeks after surgery and was discharged 4 to 6 weeks.
