工作场所创造力一直是企业创新研究的热点话题。区别以往工作场所创造力的相关文献,本文采取交互视角,以创造力研究的历史脉络为切入点,对影响工作场所创造力的个体因素与组织情境因素交互作用的研究成果进行了系统梳理和评析。在此基础上,借用AMO的理论框架,分别从能力、动机和机会三个方面,总结了这些交互作用对工作场所创造力的内在影响机制,进而提出一个整合性的理论分析框架,为当前开展企业创新的相关研究提供一定的借鉴和参考。
Workplace creativity has always been a hot topic in corporate innovation research. This paper takes an interactive perspective and takes the historical context of creativity research as an entry point, systematically reviews and comments on the research results on the interaction between individual factors and organizational situational factors that affect the creativity of the workplace. . On this basis, borrowing the theoretical framework of AMO, this paper summarizes the inherent influence mechanism of these interactions on the creativity in the workplace from three aspects: competence, motivation and opportunity, and then puts forward an integrated theoretical framework for the current The relevant research of enterprise innovation provides some reference and reference.
