对圆柱孔和外圆柱面同轴度要求较高的工件,传统的加工方法是用心轴定位。此法工人使用困难,产品同轴度低,尤其当工件较长,较笨重时装拆更不便。本人用三瓣瓦自动定心加工代替心轴加工。实践验证,三瓣瓦自动定心加工具有精度高,工人劳动强度低等优点。 三瓣瓦结构和定位轴如图1、2、3所示。 当顶尖将定位轴顶紧时,三瓣瓦自动定心将工件夹紧,不受工件长度内孔公差大小的影响。
