对定向选育下连续全同胞交配的各代小鼠群体的胆固醇水平资料作统计分析。结果表明:随逐代选育,群体胆固醇水平逐代增加,第13世代系选择顶点。进一步作回归分析,13代以前世代(X)与群体胆固醇水平(Y)间呈显著的直线回归关系(P<0.01),回归公式为:Y=0.8592±0.3442X,而13代之后直线回归关系不显著(P>0.05),对各代雄性小鼠血清胆固醇资料作亲子回归分析,结果表明:6~9世代、10~12世代、13~20世代的回归系数分别为:0.2934、0.3683、0.4296(P<0.05)。显然,以上2种分析得出的结论一致。
Cholesterol level data of each generation of mice mating with continuous siblings under directional selection were statistically analyzed. The results showed that with the generational selection, the cholesterol level in the population increased gradually, and the thirteenth generation selected the apex. Further regression analysis showed that there was a significant linear regression (P <0.01) between the 13 generations of previous generation (X) and the group’s cholesterol level (Y) (P <0.01). The regression formula was Y = 0.8592 ± 0.3442X. (P> 0.05). The regression analysis of the serum cholesterol data of each generation of males showed that the regression coefficients of 6 to 9, 10 to 12, and 13 to 20 generations were 0.2934, 0.3683, 0.4296 (P <0.05). Obviously, the conclusions of the above two kinds of analysis are consistent.
