在改革开放的大潮中,职校为适应市场经济需要,采用了招收自费、委(代)培学生的方式,这对多出人才、快出人才、为社会主义建设培养多层次、多方面的各级各类人才,无疑是十分必要和具有积极意义的。 从常州市职校实际情况看,有的学校自费、委(代)培学生已占全体学生的65.8％。由于招收这些学生的入学条件是多层次、多方位的,他们与统招学生比较,在心理上具有较为突出的消极心态。这为学校的教学、教育工作带来了不少的困难、增加了相当的难度。为此,本人就自费委(代)培学生的消极心态作一些调查。调
