由国家建材局政策法规司召集的“全国性建材期刊主编会议”于1992年4月25～28日在浙江省建德县召开。三十多位主编(或编辑部主任)参加了会议。政策法规司主管期刊工作的领导在会上作了重要报告,详细阐述了建材期刊目前的状况、发展的方向和存在的问题。近几年来,建材科技期刊呈现出与建材科学技术进步同步发展的趋势,这是广大科技工作者和期刊编辑同志共同努力的结果。众所周知,科技期刊担负着宣传党和国家的科技方针、政策和法规,展示科技成就,传播科技信息,活跃学术交流,普及科技知识,沟通科技与经济的结合,发现和培养科技技术人才等重要任务。因此,要完成这一历史任务,还有赖于科技期刊的功能和作用的充分发挥。
The “National Building Materials Journal Compilation Conference” convened by the Department of Policies and Regulations of the National Building Material Bureau was held in Jiande County, Zhejiang Province from April 25 to 28, 1992. More than 30 chief editors (or editorial directors) attended the meeting. The leaders of the department responsible for the journals of the Department of Policy and Regulations made important reports at the meeting, expounding in detail the current status, direction and problems of the journals for building materials. In recent years, building materials science and technology journals have shown a trend of simultaneous development with the progress of building materials science and technology. This is the result of the joint efforts of the majority of scientific and technological workers and editorial comrades.
