企业剩余是影响企业内部收益分配的重要微观变量,企业剩余的分享机制直接影响着劳资双方的收益高低。以此为出发点,本文分析讨论了企业剩余的几种典型的分享机制及理论解释,揭示了当前社会上一些用工制度的实质就是剥夺员工的企业剩余。这一独特的微观视角改变了以往大多是从宏观上研究收入差距的模式。
The enterprise surplus is an important micro-variable that affects the internal income distribution. The remaining sharing mechanism of the enterprise directly affects the return of both the employer and the employee. Taking this as a starting point, this paper analyzes and discusses several typical sharing mechanisms and theoretical explanations of enterprise surplus, revealing that the essence of some employment systems in current society is to deprive employees of enterprise surplus. This unique micro-perspective changed the previous model of studying the income gap macroscopically.
