短跑的专门性练习是掌握和提高短跑专项技术和成绩的重要手段,是初学者在有限的时间内能较快地掌握短跑技术所采用的主要练习方法。小步跑、高抬腿和后蹬跑是短跑教学中经常采用的专门性练习,其练习的目的是体会跑的动作要领,纠正错误动作,发展腿部力量和加快动作频率。如果动作做的不正确,就会适得其反。我们在教学过程中遇到过这些情况,有的学生做小步跑时身体后仰,膝关节紧张,两脚步往前踢,成了直腿弹性跑的动作;做高抬腿跑时,支撑腿弯屈“坐”着跑,甚至身体后仰;后蹬腿跑没有掌握好摆与蹬的技术配合动作,出现摆腿直腿前迈,支撑腿屈膝后撩的错误动作。那么,怎样教才能使学生掌握好动作要领,达到预期的
