目的:观察不同配比的丹参酮ⅡA(TanⅡA)和丹酚酸B(SalB)对HL-60细胞的生长抑制及诱导凋亡作用。方法:通过MTT法及流式细胞技术,以生长抑制率和细胞调亡率为指标,研究不同配比的TanⅡA和SalB对HL-60细胞的生长抑制及诱导凋亡作用。结果:TanⅡA与SalB合用组对HL-60细胞的生长抑制率及细胞凋亡率均较单用组高,且以TanⅡA-SalB(10-5μg/ml)组为最高(P<0.05)。结论:TanⅡA和SalB对HL-60细胞均有明显的抑制及诱导凋亡作用,两者配比使用均比单用其一效果显著,且不同配比的效果不同。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of different ratios of Tan IIA and Sal B on the growth inhibition and apoptosis of HL-60 cells. Methods: Using MTT assay and flow cytometry technique, growth inhibition rate and cell apoptotic rate were used as indicators to study the effects of different ratios of TanIIA and SalB on the growth inhibition and apoptosis induction of HL-60 cells. RESULTS: The growth inhibitory rate and apoptosis rate of HL-60 cells in TanIIA and SalB combination groups were higher than those in the single-use group, and the TanIIA-SalB (10-5μg/ml) group was the highest (P<0.05). Conclusion: Both TanIIA and SalB have obvious inhibitory and apoptosis-inducing effects on HL-60 cells. The use of both ratios is significantly more effective than that of single one, and the effects of different ratios are different.
