本文提出利用共面微屏蔽线实现新型结构的铌酸锂光调制器,并利用保角变换的方法计算该结构调制器的特性阻抗、等效折射率、调制带宽.并根据此计算结果算出所需的调制电压.结果表明利用该结构有效地减小了调制器的速度失配、增加了调制带宽,是一种可行性的方案,本文并根据计算结果填充了较理想的调制器的尺寸大小.
In this paper, a new type of lithium niobate optical modulator based on coplanar micro-shielding line is proposed, and the characteristic impedance, equivalent refractive index and modulation bandwidth of the structure modulator are calculated by the method of conformal mapping. And calculates the required modulation voltage based on this calculation result. The results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the modulator speed mismatch and increase the modulation bandwidth, which is a feasible solution. In this paper, the ideal modulator size is filled according to the calculation results.
