目提出了一种利用普通印刷线路板(Printed Circuit Boards,PCB)加工构造离子阱质量分析器的新方法。用该方法制造的PCB离子阱仅由四块PCB平板电极和两块不锈钢薄片电极构成,具有结构简单、加工容易和价格低廉等优点,非常适合制造成低成本的便携式质谱仪。初步实验结果表明,应用这种方法所建造的PCB离子阱质谱仪系统,可以获得优于400的质量分辨率和300Thomson以上的质量扫描范围。
A new method of fabricating ion trap mass analyzer by using Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) is proposed. The PCB ion trap manufactured by this method is only composed of four PCB flat electrodes and two stainless steel sheet electrodes, which has the advantages of simple structure, easy processing and low price, and is very suitable for manufacturing a low-cost portable mass spectrometer. The preliminary experimental results show that the PCB ion trap mass spectrometer system constructed by this method can obtain a mass resolution better than 400 and a mass scanning range of more than 300 Thomson.
