在现代经济竞争就是知识产权竞争的大背景下,国际国内形势决定了知识产权战略尤其是商标战略已经成为我国重要的发展战略,成为建设创新型国家的重要手段,特别对应对当前的国际金融危机具有重大的现实意义。为配合国家工商总局《关于贯彻落实〈国家知识产权战略纲要〉大力推进商标战略实施的意见》的出台,大力推进商标战略的实施,宣传推广各地商标工作的先进做法,我刊将从2010年起推出“商标战略局长谈”栏目。由各省(自治区、直辖市)工商局分管商标工作的局领导,就各自在实施商标战略、促进地方经济增长、发展农产品商标和地理标志等方面的经验得失,畅谈当地商标工作当前的发展方向、长短期规划及实施措施等。希望通过这个栏目,为各地工商管理部门开辟一个商标战略的讨论园地和经验分享平台。
