对于大型钛合金航空构件,锻造成形工艺是应用最广泛并且最为可靠的成形方法。主要用有限元模拟与试验分析的方法研究了TA15大型钛合金整框模锻件的成形过程,并系统分析了合金在模具型腔内的流动规律和变形机理,获得了模具结构参数和工艺参数对锻造成形过程的影响规律。通过分析提出了优化设计方案,经过对比试验后发现,优化后的模具能有效解决使用初始模具所锻锻件的锻后开裂的问题,锻件质量有明显的改善。
For large titanium alloy aviation components, forging forming process is the most widely used and the most reliable forming method. The forming process of TA15 large-size titanium alloy whole-frame forgings was mainly studied by means of finite element simulation and experimental analysis.
