采用两种细度石灰石作为脱硫剂,对喷淋式脱硫塔的脱硫特性进行了试验研究,试验结果表明在一定烟气流速下,脱硫效率随液气比的增大而增大;在高烟气流速下,脱硫效率随液气比的增大而增加的趋势更加显著。脱硫效率随着提高浆液的pH值而提高,随入口烟气SO2浓度增加而下降;石灰石粒径越小,其溶解性好,有利于提高脱硫效率。结合吸收段阻力特性,分析得到该装置的一个最佳工况点:烟气流速2.31 m/s,循环浆液量50 m3/h,浆池pH值5.6~5.8时,脱硫效率为93.9%。
The desulfurization performance of spray desulfurization tower was tested by using two kinds of fine limestone as desulfurizer. The experimental results showed that the desulfurization efficiency increased with the increase of liquid-gas ratio at certain flue gas flow rate. The gas flow rate, the desulfurization efficiency increases with the liquid-gas ratio increases more significantly. The desulfurization efficiency increases with the increase of the pH of the slurry and decreases with the increase of the SO2 concentration in the inlet flue gas. The smaller the limestone particle size, the better its solubility is and the higher the desulfurization efficiency is. Combined with the resistance characteristics of the absorption section, an optimum operating point of the device was obtained. The flue gas flow rate was 2.31 m / s, the circulating slurry volume was 50 m3 / h and the pH value of the slurry pool was 5.6-5.8. The desulfurization efficiency was 93.9%.
