虽然我们的访谈跨越了五大洲的15个国家,但还是浮现了7个普遍的特征。理财客户拥有成熟的金融知识。就如同一个学医的病人只在自己研究了自己的疾病和潜在的治疗办法之后才就诊一样,在财富世界盲目的信任已经日益式微。实际上,所有客户的80%都认为他们对理财事务十分精通,清楚的了解他们要往哪个方向——从一次投资的角度出发——投资以及如何投资。
Although our interviews spanned 15 countries on five continents, seven common characteristics have surfaced. Financial customers have a mature financial knowledge. Just as a medical student visits only after he has studied his illness and potential treatment, blind trust in the wealth world has become less and less obvious. In fact, 80% of all clients think they have a good command of financial matters, a clear idea of where they want to go - from an investment perspective - investing and investing.
