本文介绍一个适合于研究气液固多相流对离心泵性能影响的试验台,阐述对该试验系统的构思、设计方案与实施步骤。设计中着重把握气液固三相的流动特征及各相的性质特点,并与离心泵的启动与运转操作相结合,对离心泵与多相流的研究进行了新的探索,后续试验证明系统设计简便、实用、创新。
This paper presents a test bed suitable for studying the influence of gas-liquid solid multiphase flow on the performance of a centrifugal pump, and elaborates on the conception, design plan and implementation steps of the test system. The design focuses on the flow characteristics of gas-liquid solid and three phases and the nature and characteristics of each phase. In combination with the start-up and operation of centrifugal pumps, the research on centrifugal pumps and multiphase flow is explored. The follow-up tests show that the system Design is simple, practical and innovative.
