由于我国对于教育越来越为重视,中学作为教育过程中非常重要的阶段,在对学生的培养和教育上就更加需要重视。从目前的形式来看,我国的中学教育处在一个从只注重成绩而不注重素质教育模式往将成绩和素质教育结合为一体的教育模式上发展。但是随着我国的经济发展我国的中学教学需要面对各种竞争以及挑战,那么,中学该如何的进行管理?如何管好?如何管出实效?面对这些问题都需要各个中学提升各自的执行力,并且有效的去解决这一系列问题。由此可见,全面地分析好中学管理实践中的执行力现状,并且主动的去探索一套有效的增强执着力的方式,是目前我国的中学管理人员有待解决的问题。
As our country pays more and more attention to education, middle school, as a very important stage in the process of education, needs more attention in the cultivation and education of students. Judging from the current form, our secondary education is developing in a model of education that integrates the achievements and the quality education from focusing solely on achievements rather than quality education. However, with the economic development in our country, secondary education in our country needs to face various competitions as well as challenges. How to manage middle schools, how to manage them and how to achieve effective results? All these secondary schools need to enhance their respective implementation Force, and effective to solve this series of problems.
