目的:对采自广东、海南等地区的53批次代表性样品中高良姜素的含量进行测定,探讨生长年限及环境因素对高良姜中高良姜素动态积累的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,ODS-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-0.2%磷酸(55∶45),流速1 mL·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长266 nm。结果:海南产样品中含量明显高于广东产样品;4年生药材中高良姜素的含量明显高于2,3,5年生样品;在4年生药材中夏末秋初采收样品中高良姜素的含量明显高于初春采收的样品。结论:海南栽培高良姜优于广东栽培品,4年生长期为高良姜最佳栽培周期,采收时间应在夏末秋初。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of galangin in 53 batches of representative samples collected from Guangdong, Hainan and other regions to investigate the effects of growth years and environmental factors on the dynamic accumulation of galangin in Alpinia officinarum. Methods: The mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid (55:45), the flow rate was 1 mL · min-1 on a ODS-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) , Detection wavelength 266 nm. Results: The content of Hainan samples was significantly higher than that of Guangdong samples. The content of galangin in 4-year-old herbs was significantly higher than that of 2, 3 and 5 years old samples. In the samples of 4-year-old herbs, Content was significantly higher than the early spring harvest samples. Conclusion: Hainan cultivated galangal is superior to Guangdong cultivars, and the 4-year growth period is the best cultivation period of galangal. The harvesting time should be in late summer and early autumn.
