工会在企业人力资源管理中扮演着重要的角色。关于工会的作用,国外有较多的实证结论但国内的相关研究较少。基于2006年私营企业调查数据,本文分别采用OLS和2SLS方法,对工会效应进行了分析和检验。结果表明,工会对员工收入的影响并不显著,但对养老保险的参保范围和劳动合同的签订率具有显著的影响。当前,私营企业组建工会是获取制度合法性的过程,而工会的确对协调内部劳动关系也起到了一些积极的作用。
Trade unions play an important role in the management of human resources in the enterprise. On the role of trade unions, there are more empirical conclusions abroad, but less domestic research. Based on the survey data of private enterprises in 2006, this paper analyzes and tests the effects of trade unions using OLS and 2SLS respectively. The results show that the impact of labor unions on employee income is not significant, but the coverage of pension insurance and labor contract signing rate have a significant impact. At present, the formation of trade unions by private-owned enterprises is a process of obtaining the legitimacy of the system, and unions do indeed play a positive role in coordinating the internal labor relations.
