随着移动社交软件的普及,利用朋友圈平台做生意的“微商”们也逐渐风生水起。代购、分销、直营等灵活多样的经营,依赖朋友口口相传的推广,让“微商”成为人们兼职挣外快的新潮流。但与此同时,“微商”触犯法律、引发纠纷的新闻也常有耳闻。具有“社交”属性的销售模式、无条件的市场准入、执法监管的滞后,让“微商”与传统电子商务平台相比,更多了些不确定因素和法律风险。
With the popularity of mobile social software, the use of friends circle platform to do business, “micro-business,” who are gradually flourishing. Purchasing, distribution, direct marketing and other flexible and diverse operations, relying on friends word of mouth promotion, so that “micro-business ” become part-time people to earn extra money fast new trend. At the same time, however, “micro-commerce” broke the law and the news that caused the dispute was often heard. With the “social ” attribute of the sales model, unconditional market access, lag in law enforcement supervision, so that “micro-commerce” compared with the traditional e-commerce platform, more uncertainty and legal risks.
