一、引言光声检测是七十年代复兴并发展起来的一种先进技术。它具有很高的灵敏度和极好的适应性,在科学研究与工业分析中显示了它的优越性和特异性。采用红外光源的光声检测技术其灵敏度和分辨率更高,它已经成功地应用于物理、化学、生物学和医学等领域,尤其适用于微弱信号的检测。如测量物质的吸收系数,检测同位素的相对含量;研究样品表面层和表面反应等。用红外光声检测技术还可分析一些材料的结构。本文就红外光声检测技术的基本原理、仪器装置及其一些主要应用作一介绍。
I. INTRODUCTION Photoacoustic detection is an advanced technology developed and developed in the seventies. It has high sensitivity and excellent adaptability, showing its superiority and specificity in scientific research and industrial analysis. The photoacoustic detection technology using infrared light source has higher sensitivity and resolution. It has been successfully applied to the fields of physics, chemistry, biology and medicine, and is especially suitable for the detection of weak signals. The structure of some materials can also be analyzed using infrared photoacoustic detection.
