山西省建筑科学研究所和国营五四一电厂共同完成的“增钙渣小型空心砌块及砖”科研成果近日在山西省候马市通过了由省科委组织的技术鉴定。该项技术是采用在立式旋风炉的燃烧煤中掺入一定量的石灰石,使之产生具有一定活性的增钙液态渣作为砌块的主要原料。按照增钙渣、石灰石、石膏的一定比例,制作胶凝材料,代替混凝土砌块中的水泥; 完全利用发电炉渣做骨料,代替混凝土
The scientific research results of the “small calcium-containing slag bricks and bricks” jointly completed by the Shanxi Provincial Institute of Building Research and the state-run Wu Siyi Power Plant have recently passed the technical appraisal organized by the Provincial Science and Technology Commission in the municipality of Shanxi. This technology is to use a certain amount of limestone in the combustion coal of a vertical cyclone furnace to produce a calcium sulfate liquid slag with certain activity as the main raw material of the block. According to a certain proportion of calcium slag, limestone and gypsum, cementitious materials are made to replace the cement in the concrete block; the power generation slag is completely used as aggregate instead of concrete.
