患儿,男,37天,江苏籍,主诉为黄疸、吐乳、便血和抽风。患儿系一胎一产,出生后脸色越来越黄,几乎每吃必吐乳。母乳不足,改用牛乳喂养,大便干燥如肥皂块而带血丝。入院前一天,大便呈黑柏油样,抽风2次,急诊入院。
Children, male, 37 days, Jiangsu membership, the main complaint of jaundice, spit milk, blood in the stool and ventilation. Children born in a fetus, his face more and more yellow after birth, almost every spit milk. Breast milk, use milk to feed, dry stool, such as soap blocks and bloodshot. The day before admission, stool was black like oil, ventilation 2 times, emergency admission.
