洴冲水库右坝肩滑坡体的滑动主要是由于不利的地形地质因素,加之人为对山体土石结构的破坏,在暴雨产生大量地表径流情况下,致使山坡土体含水量剧增,土石抗剪强度显著降低,从而导致滑坡的形成和发展。整治滑坡应在滑坡体滑动初期,认真分析滑坡成因,查明诱发滑坡的主要因素,以便采取有效的整治方案。洴冲水库右坝肩滑坡的主要因素是降雨径流灌入滑弧裂缝而发生的,对滑弧裂缝采用土料回填夯实,防止雨水进一步下灌,并在滑坡体内外开挖排水沟,拦截旁引地表径流,有效地控制滑坡的发展,减轻了危害,保证了水库大坝的安全。本文主要阐述滑坡产生的原因,滑坡对水库枢纽工程的破坏,滑坡滑动过程和监测结果,以及对滑坡体进行治理的具体措施等。

Landslide remediation should slide early in the landslide body, a careful analysis of the causes of landslides to identify the main factors that induce landslides in order to take effective remediation programs. The main factor of the landslide on the right abutment of Langzhong Reservoir is the occurrence of rainfall runoff pouring into the arc-slip cracks. The backfill of the arc-slip cracks is compacted by soil backfill so as to prevent the further irrigation of the rainwater and to excavate the drainage ditches both inside and outside the landslide. Diversion of surface runoff, effectively controlling the development of landslides, reducing the hazards and ensuring the safety of reservoir dams. This article mainly elaborates the causes of landslides, the landslides’ damage to the reservoir project, the landslide sliding process and monitoring results, and the concrete measures for controlling the landslide.
