研究了叶绿素在近二十种不同浓度的介质中的微分脉冲极谱行为,测定的最佳体系为0.05MLiOH溶液。叶绿素测定的峰电位在-2.0V (vs.Ag/AgCl)左右,其浓度的线性范围为4.7×10~(-7)~1.0×10~(-5)M。成功地应用於绿色植物叶片及牙膏中叶绿素的直接测定。本文还试验了直射可见光、温度等因素对叶绿素溶液测定的影响以及叶绿素溶液电极反应的可逆性和吸附性。
The differential pulse polarography of chlorophyll in nearly twenty different media was studied. The optimum system for the determination of chlorophyll was 0.05M LiOH solution. The peak potential of chlorophyll was about -2.0 V (vs. Ag / AgCl), and the linear range of the concentration was 4.7 × 10 -7 -1.0 × 10 -5 M. Successfully applied to the direct determination of chlorophyll in green plant leaves and toothpaste. This paper also tested the direct visible light, temperature and other factors on the determination of chlorophyll solution as well as the chlorophyll solution electrode reaction reversibility and adsorption.
