一代做实业,二代搞创投,成了新的潮流。这些“少爷”的特点是受过很好的教育,自身能力也很不错,有一定的想法,多数接受西方的教育比较倾向于个人主义.很难用家族治理把他们全部绑在一起。让他们分流出去做自己想做的事情,会是家族传承一个主流做法。但有个潜在的问题,每一代做不一样的事业,可能在传承方面就有断层。一个有价值的事业,因为子女缺少兴趣,或者找不到合适的接班人而分拆或陨落,对社会来讲会有一些损失。
