近年来,随着我国城镇集中供热的不断发展,管道规格也越来越大,例如在北京,热力管道最大直径已达DN1400。热力管道在投入运行时工作介质的温度一般都较高,对整个系统将会产生很大的热膨胀和轴向推力。而在热力管网中,不允许管道和支撑结构有相对位移的管道支座,用来保护弯头、三通支管不被过大的应力所破坏。它主要用于将管道划分成若干补偿管段,分别进行热补偿,从而使管道不失稳不破坏,以保证补偿器的正常工作,管道的安全运行。本文根据多年的监督实践经验总结出几点体会,供相关人员参考。
In recent years, with the continuous development of urban central heating in our country, the pipeline specifications are also growing. For example, in Beijing, the maximum diameter of the heat pipe has reached DN1400. When the heat pipe is put into operation, the temperature of the working medium is generally high, and the entire system will have a great thermal expansion and axial thrust. In the heat pipe network, pipe and support structures are not allowed to have relative displacement of the pipe support, used to protect the elbow, tee branch pipe is not damaged by excessive stress. It is mainly used for the pipeline is divided into a number of compensation pipe sections, respectively, thermal compensation, so that the pipeline does not destabilize does not destroy, in order to ensure the normal work of the compensator, the safe operation of the pipeline. This article summarizes several experiences based on many years of supervision and practical experience for reference of relevant personnel.
