以某炼铁厂0号高炉炉况失常处理不当为案例,对其演变过程及原因进行了总结分析。0号高炉因操作炉型破坏后引发了炉况失常,由于炉况处理不当,从开始的煤气流分布问题转化为炉缸工作急剧恶化问题,最终导致停炉大修,教训深刻。究其原因,一是对操作炉型破坏的危害认识不深刻,操作上没有明确的调整思路;二是对炉缸工作状态的恶化缺乏敏感性,操作控制不及时、不到位。
In the case of improper handling of the blast furnace condition of No. 0 blast furnace in a iron smelter, the evolvement process and reasons of the blast furnace condition were summarized and analyzed. 0 blast furnace failure caused by the operation of furnace failure caused by abnormal, due to improper handling of the furnace, the gas flow distribution from the beginning into a serious deterioration of the work of the hearth, eventually leading to shutdown overhaul, a profound lesson. The reason is that one is not aware of the dangers of operation furnace damage, and there is no clear way of adjusting the operation. The other is the lack of sensitivity to the deterioration of the hearth operating conditions. The operation control is not timely and not in place.
