[目的]摸清绵阳市学校生活饮用水水质卫生状况,为学校生活饮用水卫生监督、监测提供科学依据。[方法]对2007年绵阳市682所大中专院校、中、小学校生活饮用水水质卫生调查与微生物指标检测资料进行分析。[结果]检测水样1 128份,微生物指标合格的777份,合格率为66.88%。检测合格率,市政供水为81.11%,自备供水为56.01%,二次供水为71.59%(P<0.01);大中专院校水样为88.46%,中小学校水样为67.94%(P<0.01)。1 128份水样中,菌落总数合格率为83.51%,大肠菌群合格率为89.54%,游离性余氯合格率为76.68%。卫生许可证持证率,使用自备供水的学校为80.73%,使用二次供水的学校为93.55%(P>0.05);从业人员健康证持证率,自备供水学校为97.44%,二次供水学校为95.83%(P>0.05)。调查182名从业人员,现场提问卫生知识和相关法律、法规知识知晓率为61.95%,水质消毒知识知晓率为62.91%。[结论]绵阳市学校生活饮用水微生物指标合格率较低,从业人员卫生知识水平较低。
[Objective] To find out the sanitary status of school drinking water quality in Mianyang City and provide scientific basis for the hygiene supervision and monitoring of school drinking water. [Method] The data of 682 tertiary institutions, middle schools and primary schools in Mianyang City in 2007 were investigated. [Result] A total of 1 128 samples of water samples and 777 samples of qualified microorganisms were tested. The pass rate was 66.88%. The qualified rate of water supply was 81.11% for urban water supply, 56.01% for self-supplied water and 71.59% for secondary water supply (P <0.01). The water samples from colleges and secondary technical secondary schools were 88.46% and the water samples from primary and secondary schools were 67.94% (P < 0.01). In 1 128 samples, the total colony passing rate was 83.51%, the coliform passing rate was 89.54% and the free residual chlorine passing rate was 76.68%. The health permit certificate rate was 80.73% in schools using self-provided water and 93.55% in schools using secondary water supply (P> 0.05). The certified rate of practitioners’ health certificate was 97.44% Water supply school was 95.83% (P> 0.05). A total of 182 practitioners were surveyed. The awareness rate of hygiene knowledge and relevant laws and regulations on site was 61.95%, and the awareness rate of water disinfection knowledge was 62.91%. [Conclusion] The qualified rate of microbial indicators of drinking water in schools in Mianyang City is low, and the health knowledge level of employees is low.
