针对目前多数研究工业行业间技术创新差异都是以行业间企业的专利申请量作为评价指标来反映工业行业间技术创新能力这种不能完全反映行业间企业技术创新真实效率的情况,在兼顾质量与数量等因素的基础上,利用因子分析法分析了我国37个工业行业的技术创新现状。结果表明,各行业间存在专利申请量大但质量不高的问题,且资金投入对低技术密度行业技术创新影响较大,而技术转化难度对高技术密集行业影响更大。
In view of the fact that most of the differences in technological innovation among industrial sectors at present are based on the number of patent applications filed by enterprises in the industry as the evaluation index to reflect the technological innovation capability among industrial sectors, which can not fully reflect the true efficiency of technological innovation among industries, Quantity and other factors, this paper analyzes the status quo of technological innovation in 37 industrial sectors in China by factor analysis. The results show that there is a problem of large amount of patent applications but not high quality among industries, and the capital investment has a great impact on technological innovation in low-technology-density industries. However, the difficulty of technology transformation has a greater impact on high-tech-intensive industries.
