新课程改革经过多年的发展已经愈趋成熟,中学各科教师在不断的思考、研究和革新中探索出了许多新的教学模式和教学方法,成果喜人。但是教师更多的是进行了方法、经验、模式等的研究,重视课堂教学的过程和方法,却忽视了对于课堂教学后的反思研究,使这一方面成为新课改的薄弱环节。尤其是初中化学教学,课程要求教师在教学时要将新课程理念贯穿进课堂之中。因此,要想彻底落实新课程理念,就必须进行课后教学反思,根据学生的反馈,及时调整教学策略,弥补教学不足,完善教学方法。
After years of development, the reform of the new curriculum has become more and more mature. Middle-school teachers from various disciplines have explored many new teaching modes and teaching methods in constant thinking, researching and reforming. The result is gratifying. But teachers are more about the methods, experiences, patterns and other research, emphasis on the process and methods of classroom teaching, but neglected the reflection on classroom teaching, so that this aspect has become the weak link of the new curriculum reform. In particular, junior high school chemistry teaching, curriculum requirements teachers in the teaching of new curriculum ideas throughout the classroom. Therefore, if we want to thoroughly implement the new curriculum concept, we must reflect on the teaching after class and adjust the teaching strategies according to the feedback from students so as to make up for the lack of teaching and improve the teaching methods.
