本文讨论了用有限元法计算缸套振动的方法,并以12V180ZL 高速柴油机缸套为例,对缸套的自由振动、活塞横向冲击引起的缸套强迫振动、以及缸套壁厚和活塞横向冲击力的大小对缸套强迫振动的影响等方面进行了计算分析。本文的实际工作证明有限元法是研究缸套振动的一种有效方法,本文给出的计算结果对分析180柴油机缸套穴蚀有一定参考价值。
In this paper, the method of calculating the vibration of cylinder liner by using the finite element method is discussed. Taking the 12V180ZL high-speed diesel engine cylinder liner as an example, the free vibration of the cylinder liner, the forced vibration of the liner caused by the piston transverse impact and the cylinder liner wall thickness and piston lateral impact The size of force on the forced vibration of cylinder liner and other aspects of the calculation and analysis. The practical work of this paper proves that the finite element method is an effective method to study the vibration of cylinder liner. The calculation results given in this paper have certain reference value for the analysis of cavitation of cylinder liner in 180 diesel engine.
