煤炭企业作为我国的能源企业,在国民经济发展中所处的地位极为重要。由于煤炭项目的建设工程具有价值大、建设周期长、价格构成比较复杂等特点,在工程的建设中存在着诸多纷繁复杂、多变的不可预见因素。为了避免煤炭项目在建设期间出现造价失控的问题,避免给企业带来经济损失,就必须构建一套科学的、有效的成本控制机制,使其始终贯穿于项目建设的全过程中,达到控制投资支出,降低煤炭企业生产后固定成本的目的。本文将就煤炭项目建设工程的成本控制进行探讨。
