2011年1～4月,黑龙江省电信行业累计完成投资8.22亿元,其中,3G投资1.38亿元。全省电信业务总量累计完成82.88亿元,比上年同期增长14.34%;全省电信业务收入累计完成74.1亿元,比上年同期增长9.13%。2011年4月,全省电话用户(含固定和移动电话用户)总数达到3119万户,比上月增加27万户。目前,全省电话普及率达到81.1部/百人,固定电话普及率达到21部/百人,移动电话普及率达到60.1部/百人。
From January to April 2011, the telecom industry in Heilongjiang Province completed a total investment of 822 million yuan, of which, the 3G investment was 138 million yuan. The total amount of telecom business in the province totaled 8.288 billion yuan, up 14.34% over the same period of previous year; the telecom business income of the province totaled 7.41 billion yuan, up 9.13% over the same period of last year. In April 2011, the total number of telephone subscribers (including fixed and mobile phone subscribers) in the province reached 31.19 million, an increase of 270,000 from the previous month. At present, the province’s telephone penetration rate reached 81.1 / 100 people, the fixed telephone penetration rate reached 21/100 people, the mobile phone penetration rate reached 60.1 / 100 people.
