“气韵生动”的理论,是历来画家与学者重视的研究问题,本文从气韵的脉胳去阐述,以由古而今有关气韵的走向为线索,旁及哲学、文学等,是必要而自然的叙述。当绘画水准达到一定高度时,欲更上一层楼,就必须提高自己的综合素质。而气韵的含义正是对画家自身学识修养的一种要求,也是认识论与方法论的一种体验。对历史的研究,不仅能把握些中国古代审美意识的内在律动,揭示中国传统审美意识的一些本质特征,而且能在学习中提升自己的修养和识见。
