目的:探讨人性化护理在肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将2015年1月~2016年1月在医院进行治疗的142例肿瘤患者随机分观察组和对照组,每组71例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组实施人性化护理。比较两种护理方式的有效率、并发症发生率和患者满意率。结果:观察组的护理总有效率和护理满意率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率则低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人性化服务能够提高患者的护理满意度和治疗效果,降低并发症的发生率。
Objective: To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in cancer patient care. Methods: 142 patients with cancer who were treated in hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 71 cases in each group. The control group using conventional nursing methods, observation group implementation of human care. Compare the effectiveness of two kinds of nursing, complication rate and patient satisfaction rate. Results: The total effective rate of nursing care and nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Humanized service can improve patient satisfaction and treatment satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications.
