民族性是指一个民族特有的民族文化和民族精神的共性体现,是民族教育的灵魂。教学活动是教师教育活动的一个重要组成部分,也是决定教学成败的关键。然而,当前民族教师由于受到现代学校教学制度的影响以及自身的局限,存在着民族性缺失的问题。民族教师教学活动中民族性式微应该如何应对?文章认为,应该加强民族教师教育出发,增强民族教师角色认同,培养民族教师的多元文化素养,倡导个性化教学观,并在此基础上针对少数民族学生特色,丰富教学内容的多元化,合理开发和利用民族教学资源,并加强教学活动的合作。
Nationality refers to the common manifestation of a nation-specific national culture and national spirit, which is the soul of national education. Teaching activities are an important part of teacher education activities and also the key to deciding the success or failure of teaching. However, due to the influence of the modern school teaching system and its own limitation, there is a problem of lack of nationality. How to deal with the ethnic minorities in teaching activities of ethnic teachers? According to the article, it is necessary to strengthen the education of ethnic teachers, enhance the identity of national teachers, cultivate the multi-cultural accomplishments of ethnic teachers and promote the individualized teaching concept.
