介绍了自行研制的二级脉管制冷机的基本结构。该机引入了新颖的第二小孔调相器,采用有阀压机驱动,通过自行研制的时序控制器和电磁阀由计算机进行实时控制。初步试验结果表明第一级和第二级的最低制冷温度分别为58K和11.3K。
The basic structure of self-developed two-stage pulse tube refrigerator is introduced. The machine introduces a novel second hole modulator, using a valve press driven by the self-developed timing controller and solenoid valve by the computer for real-time control. The preliminary test results show that the minimum cooling temperatures of the first and second stages are 58K and 11.3K, respectively.
