研究了不同Mn的化合物掺杂在不同退火处理条件下对ZnSMn,CuACEL粉末的发光亮度的影响.在低温下扩散Mn2+掺杂的方法,有效降低了Mn盐中其它杂质对发光的影响,和直接高温法制备的ZnSMn,CuACEL材料相比,提高了材料的发光亮度.
The effect of compound doping with different Mn on luminescent brightness of ZnSMn and CuACEL powders under different annealing conditions was studied. The method of diffusing Mn2 + at low temperature effectively reduces the influence of other impurities in Mn salt on the luminescence, and improves the luminescence brightness of the material compared with ZnSMn and CuACEL materials prepared directly by high temperature method.
