以苯酐与十八醇为原料,选用非酸催化剂,在实验室合成了邻苯二甲酸二(十八)酯.实验结果表明:反应温度控制在220℃、n(十八醇):n(苯酐)为3.2:1、总物料中催化剂的质量分数(ω)为0.2%时,苯酐的转化率达到96%以上,邻苯二甲酸二(十八)酯的直收率在99%以上.
