1.就餐姿势须正确:进餐时要端正坐姿,做到不压胃,使食物由食道较快进入胃内。2.间隔时间要适宜:一般两次进餐间隔以4~6小时为宜。3.尽可能不极饥时进食:因饥饿时食欲特强,容易一下子吃得多,从而导致肥胖。4.不要吃得太多:如先吃喜爱的食物,情绪上的满足会使你较快地产生饱胀感,从而避免进食过量。
