应用均匀设计法制定N-甲基-2吡咯烷酮(NMP)精制伊朗润滑油馏分的试验方案,并对试验结果进行回归处理,建立NMP精制润滑油的数学模型并用试验验证,验证结果表明,模型的预测值与试验值吻合较好。优化模型得出了NMP精制伊朗润滑油馏分的最佳工艺操作条件:NMP中水体积分数0.34%(接近纯NMP),溶剂质量比1.62,抽提温度65.3℃。
The uniform design method was used to establish the test scheme of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) refined Iranian lubricating oil fraction. The test results were regressed and the mathematical model of NMP refined lubricating oil was established and verified with the test. The results show that the model The predicted value is in good agreement with the experimental value. The optimal process conditions of NMP refined Iranian oil distillate were obtained. The volume fraction of water in NMP was 0.34% (close to pure NMP), the mass ratio of solvent was 1.62 and the extraction temperature was 65.3 ℃.
