我厂是郴蚶市全民所有制中型骨干企业,下辖三个分厂、六个公司,共有职工1400余人,固定资产3000余万元。自1992年下半年以来,我厂着重抓了调整企业组织结构、产业产品结构、加速转换经营机制等方面的工作,建立了以公有制为主体,股份制、乡镇企业制、中外合作制等多种运行机制并存的“一厂四制”,取得了良好的效果。1993年共完成工业总产值11621万元,销售收入11747万元,利税总额4167万元,其中利润3338万元,分别比1992年增长122.8%、176.3%、292%、244.8%。今年1至5月,比上年同期又有较大增长。我们的主要做法是:一、实行分级管理制,增强企业内部活
Our factory is a medium-sized backbone enterprise owned by the entire people of Handan City. It has three branches and six companies under its jurisdiction. It has more than 1,400 employees and more than 30 million yuan in fixed assets. Since the second half of 1992, our factory has focused on adjusting the organizational structure, industrial product structure, and accelerating the transformation of operating mechanisms.
